Gather:
A Women’s Retreat
October 10–12, 2025 San Juan Island, Washington
Invitation
You’re invited to Gather, a women-only practice retreat centered around the sauna — a place of health, breath, release, and renewal.
Over the weekend we’ll share movement, play, ritual, introspection, and connection, all held by the forest as it readies itself for winter.
This retreat is our first experiment, a gathering designed to lay the groundwork for longer and varied offerings to come.
Staying on site will deepen the experience, though local participants may also commute.
Forest Setting
This retreat is rooted in the forest, where the land invites us to slow down. There are many spots to settle in — places that feel like a home away from home, ones you can return to later in body or in memory.
Sauna
Cedar walls, rising steam, island air—our sauna restores balance and invites you back to yourself.
Set your intention
This retreat is designed for you to bring the intentions that matter most right now. You may wish to answer a personal question, find a new direction, deepen a wellness focus, seek community, or break free from habits and ruts. Whatever you choose, your intention will shape the way you move through the weekend — and how you carry its insights back into your life.
Soundscape
Sound will guide us into our gathering and into ourselves — carried by rhythm, silence, and the spaces in between. Music becomes both a bridge and a mirror, opening pathways to connection, reflection, and presence.
Movement and Stillness
Through playful movement and quiet rest, we explore both energy and ease. Each offers its own way of bringing us back to presence — alive in the body, calm in the mind.
Nutrient-rich food
Diverse and supportive of your retreat.
